I love yoga and have been practicing on and off for ten years now. I should be a lot more flexible than I am, considering! I avoid Ashtanga or power yoga like the plague. I don't wanna look like Madonna (no offense)! Nice, gentle yoga and pilates can give you a strong, feminine hourglass figure if practiced right. Even a simple forward bend done every day is great for shaping the waist.
