Coconut Oil.

Coconut oil is one of nature's wonders. It is probably the healthiest oil you can consume. it's a good fat so you can cook with it, drink it for a flat tummy, put in your hair and it's great for the skin. A good thing to do is massage coconut oil all over your body and go into a sauna for fifteen minutes. Its benefits include stress relief, weight loss, maintaining cholestrol levels, increased immunity, proper digestion and metabolism, relief from kidney problems, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. It is anti-fungal, anti bacterial, anti-oxidant, all around great!
