Ok, I have to admit this. I did'nt get an hourglass figure from just doing Pilates and twisting at the waist. I live in my corset. I don't need to wear it that often but i try to wear for a few hours every day to maintain my hard earned twenty four inches. It may sound extreme but Marilyn Monroe did it and Dita Von Teese does it.
